Nancy L. Doyle
Legal Assistant to Jean Giddings, and for the firm's Probate practice.
Nancy has been a legal assistant for more than 20 years, fourteen of those at Fitts, Olson & Giddings. She has experience in probate, estate planning, family law, and credit card collections matters. Prior to joining the firm, Nancy worked as a dental assistant. She grew up in Readsboro and holds a degree in Dental Assisting from Charles H. McCann Technical School. Nancy is a regular volunteer St. Brigid’s Kitchen, and is a Past President and the current Vice President of Brattleboro’s Winter Carnival, with which she has volunteered for 13 years.
Christian is a long-time legal assistant. He began his career in Kansas, where he earned a Legal Studies degree from Washburn University in 2004. After ten years working in New York City, he moved to Vermont and joined Fitts, Olson & Giddings in June of 2017. Christian provides paralegal support in a variety of areas including bankruptcy, estate planning, and civil litigation.
Janice M. Momaney
Legal Assistant to Joan Adler, and for the firm's Real Estate, Business Law, and Tax practices.
Laurie has been a legal assistant in Brattleboro law offices for more than 28 years, and was the longtime legal assistant to the late Angela Prodan, who practiced exclusively in family law, both at Fitts, Olson & Giddings and at Attorney Prodan's subsequent firm. In 2006, Laurie received her Paralegal Certificate from Keene State College in Keene, New Hampshire. In her spare time, Laurie operates a small, home-based craft business and is a member of the Cheshire Craftsmen in Keene.
