Jenny joined Fitts, Olson & Giddings in 2014 after practicing law with a New York trusts and estates firm. She is a 2011 magna cum laude graduate of Albany Law School, where she served as a senior editor of the Albany Law Review. Jenny grew up in Wells River, Vermont, and attended Blue Mountain High School. She received her B.A. in English from Amherst College, and went on to earn a Ph.D. in English from Columbia University. Before attending law school, she worked as a teacher and in non-profit administration.
Jenny's areas of practice include estate planning, Medicaid planning, trust law, taxation, probate, and real estate. She is admitted to practice in Vermont and New York. Jenny and her family live in Brattleboro where she also serves as a Trustee of the Brooks Memorial Library. When she's not at the office, Jenny can often be found in her garden, out for a run, or curled up with a good book.
